On the one-year anniversary of the I-95 bridge collapse in Philadelphia, 200 attendees gathered to discuss the challenges and opportunities of building Pennsylvania’s infrastructure now and in the future.

Among the panelists and speakers were Pennsylvania Secretary of Transportation Mike Carroll, who was a key figure in the rapid rebuild of the bridge, and Leslie Richards, CEO and general manager of SEPTA.
