Last night’s presidential debate immediately led to some contentious responses among pundits and politicos on both sides of the aisle.

The back-and-forth between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, combined with a series of lies and mumbles, led many to question what’s next for the campaigns and our country. It also led to a myriad of responses from party faithful who are attempting to make the case to voters that the decision in November is clear.

Here are some of the top reactions from Pennsylvania politicos:

State Sen. Camera Bartolotta, 46th Senatorial District

U.S. Sen. John Fetterman

Pennsylvania House Appropriations Committee Chair Jordan Harris

U.S. Rep. Chrissy Houlahan, 6th Congressional District

State Rep. and Auditor General Candidate Malcolm Kenyatta

State Sen. Dan Laughlin, 49th Senatorial District

State Sen. Doug Mastriano, 33rd Senatorial District

U.S. Rep. Dan Meuser, 9th Congressional District
