The City & State 2024 Digital Pennsylvania Summit
More than 200 people gathered at the Hilton Harrisburg on Tuesday to network, listen and learn at the 2024 City & State Digital Pennsylvania Summit: Redefining Our Connected Future. In addition to a fiery keynote underscoring the need to continue funding and expanding digital initiatives from Annie Newman the director of digital strategy for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the event featured panels on how to safely and proactively move the boundaries of what technology can do in and for Pennsylvania forward, and how to modernize and protect the state’s digital infrastructure. Among the panelists participating were state Rep. Bob Merski, CODE PA Executive Director Bry Bardoe, Karissa Demi, director of software engineering for the City of Philadelphia Office of Innovation & Technology, and executives from stakeholders like Rubrik, L3Harris, Deloitte, Publicis Sapient, KPMG and more.
